Handle loading better for the render site being slow

One idea

• Add a card number and time estimate field on boards so we can fetch cards synchronously
• This would make it so when we are loading the boardPreview and templatePreview we don't have to wait for all the cards to load we can load each of the cards in background

Need loading indicators in other places
