cleaned up commented out code from Landing added chakra styles to StackedCards #246

The landing still needs redone, I'm open for suggestions and will implement them. I added chakra styles to the StackedCards component, which we may end up doing away with. There were two sections of code in the Landing component so I removed the commented out section. I did add new wording for the headline, just to see, and an additional sub-heading, also changed the text on the CTA button. Maybe there can be some sort of study / education related background image just for the Landing page, and then take the dark mode toggle off of there so its just that image and standard style. The toggle will still be available after logged in as usual.
