As a user, I want to be able to know the importance of staying healthy and how to be healthy

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Provide information on the importance of being healthy (eg. Reasons of being healthy)
  2. Provide information on what the users should do to be healthy (eg. What to eat, exercising)
  3. Provide a list of food that should not be eaten too much (eg. avoid fast-food and oily food)
  4. List the possible health issues if user does not follow follow the advice.
  5. Provide a list of health events that users can participate on
