RPM Build Support #17

This is an enhancement request.

I would like to submit a spec file so rpms can built easily from the source 
tarball.  This works for rpms named in the Fedora style (FC14 is what I tested 
on).

I've added all the version requirement from the README file.

What should I do with the file?  Should it be distributed with the source for 
each release?  Should I just add it to the top level directory?  Any other 
comments or suggestions you may have from a package building/maintaining 
perspective are also appreciated.

The next release version 1.5.0 should be ready fairly soon.  I think the only 
dependency change that will be needed for the buildrequires entries will be for 
flam3 >= 3.0.  I'll look into the Qt4 requirements.  It might be >=4.6.

Yes, just put it in the top level directory, and have it distributed with each 
release.
