Document deletions are not detected on Alfresco 5.0.1 Enterprise #7

When a document is deleted from Alfresco, the Alfresco Webscript Manifold connector (which uses alfresco-indexer-client) doesn't receive any document deletion

Note. At the moment alfresco-indexer doesn't work with Alfresco 5.0.1 Enterprise; check https://github.com/maoo/alfresco-indexer/compare/master...ChalithaUdara:master for more info
