Next step in preparations to introduce Nx support and prepare the project for moving to ADF
remove old integration tests and corresponding hacks (the api is already tested heavily by the corresponding apps, and api will end up in the ADF)
remove old angular/webpack tests and projects (preparing to move to a better build system backed by vite, those projects no longer reflect the reality)
