ACS-1984 Reverts Alfresco/rest-api-explorer#135

I think also it would be better if the branch was named something like feature/ACS1984_Add_DAU_Version_Renditions_to_API_Explorer as this makes it easier to see which ticket it is associated with, and also because of the version change, it is not quite a straight git revert
