JGroups uses UDP port 4446 for peer-to-peer communications, and the EVT should 
check it for availability.

Failure to bind to this point should be a WARNing or INFOrmational, since by 
default Alfresco will use IP multicast instead (meaning it won't try to bind to 
UDP port 4446).
