Docs Builds Hanging #226

The Documentation action executed as part of our CI/CD hangs after 6 hours, but apparently executes normally on personal systems.

There is unfortunately no helpful errror message and it is not immediately obvious whether a commit introduced an error (unlikely) or whether a dependency that we rely on is breaking.

The Documentation action was successful when the last commit was made to main. So it is likely a dependency has updated in the meantime (Documenter.jl?) that has broken the action

Builds are finishing again, and in the expected amount of time.

This commit is associated with this action, which errantly removed the logo from the landing page, but passed in 40 minutes.

This commit which re-inserted the logo failed.

This commit removes the logo from the landing page, to act as a control for whether this is causing the builds to fail. The associated action is in progress as of time of writing.
