PR #231 removed a vorticity GIF from the ice dynamics and Navier-Stokes coupling simulation docs page, since this was apparently causing CairoMakie to leave open an ffmpeg process that never terminated, but only sporadically!
We should look into why this GIF was causing these sporadic hangs and add it back in.
