Error in Quick start (README) #7

In the quick start section of readme file, it's written this way.

Headover to Project Directory-
```
cd cd AlgoPhantomBackend
```

instead it should be

cd AlgoPhantomBackend

I would like to correct it as a part of GSSOC'21.
