I want to work on this issue as it hadn't mentioned earlier. I have great knowledge of model selection and it might be of great use here.

Hey @ashwani-rathee am a GSSoC'21 participant. Please assign me this issue. I will be adding the documentation and the complete code for this model. I have plenty of knowledge about this model and can submit a PR within 36 hours.
