Research zeptoforth Pico SDK integration #33

this would be nice to have - it would give us TinyUSB, for example, and the boot ROM floating point routines.

This is what I designed https://github.com/AlgoCompSynth/rp2040-forth-builder to do.

Too much effort for too little payoff right now. Moving to the nebulous future.
