Review existing functions / documentation #13

Adding some refactoring:

  1. scale_table should just return length and ratios suitable for making an .scl file
  2. interval_ratios should return just the matrix
  3. Keyboard mapping should use Scala input conventions and produce a Scala-like output table

  4. Outputs required:

    • normal .scl and .kbm files
    • Minilogue XD full-range .scl
