Create samples using R packages #80

To make:

  1. Full Eikosany keyboard for sine, square, triangle and sawtooth, 16-bit, 44.1 kHz mono, 1 second, normalized
  2. Same chords as MIDI files with sawtooth

Todo: Add soundfonts to v0.7.5
