[NEW ALGORITHM] Set Matrix Zero #1254

Problem Statement:

Given a matrix, if any element in the matrix is 0, you must set its entire row and column to 0. Return the modified matrix.

Input:

matrix = [[1,1,1],[1,0,1],[1,1,1]]

Output:

[[1,0,1],[0,0,0],[1,0,1]]

Explanation: Since matrix[1][1] = 0, the entire second row and second column are set to 0.
