Made better changes in index.css #129

Made the following Changes in the CSS file to make it better

  1. Improved the overall layout and spacing for better readability.
  2. Made the container width responsive and added a maximum width for larger screens.
  3. Added a subtle box shadow to the container to make it stand out.
  4. Adjusted margins and paddings for consistent spacing.
  5. Made the header text center-aligned.
  6. Styled individual items in the coding-list with proper spacing and hover effects.
  7. Improved the background color for better contrast and readability.
  8. Center-aligned the "Suggest Addition" text and adjusted the margins.
