Filtering Opportunities: Proposal #224

In this commit I am proposing some changes to add feature of filtering opportunities based on type of position, experience and more.

Closes: #217

@Nayaker, Please have a look at changes. If you are fine with this approach, I will finish remaining changes for filter options.

I am holding tight on my schedule tomorrow and later in this week, but I am free from Monday, December 4th, 1:00 PM (EST) onwards.
