Issue #225 Resolved - Finished with Status handling #255

This PR finally solves Issue #225

Changes Made :

  1. Changed the handling of Opportunities Data, from useState to useReducer
  2. Implemented status handling, basic UI implemented
  3. Implemented status filtering

Comments have been included at relevant places.
