Correct competition typos #30

As previously mentioned, fixed a few typos in both the filter tags and in some of the static text.

There are more changes highlighted in the comparison, but they're all moving from ' ' single quotes to " " double quotes, since Prettier (extension) does it automatically on Save. I'll make sure to disable it the next time I work on an issue, completely forgot this time.

Great observation skills 🚀 - I will merge this PR in the next few hours. @jinitsuga if you have experience in mobile responsiveness, you can try to make an issue about the site responsiveness and start working on that.

I have decent responsiveness experience. I can take a look at the site later and file issues for what I see appropriate for giving responsiveness!
