Create a thread by clicking on the "Start a thread...", or by clicking the edit icon on the top nav.
Or reply or like a post by clicking on the talk bubble or heart icon.
If you haven't created an account you will be prompted to do so when you try to perform any of those actions.
When you create your account make sure to save your login key. You'll need that to log back into your account on that thread later.
Finally share your thread using the airplane button on the top nav.
When you visit the share link you should see thread, from there you can repeat the steps above to create new accounts, or you can use your login key to log in using your previous account.
