Publishing meeting notes? #30

I've been taking notes in our technical steering call meetings, but right now, they live in a HackMD linked from the meeting invitation. Should we publish them somewhere that is both more stable and also open for the public to read?

This repository might not be the best one, but if not, where should we put them? Ping @jgroenen
