Timeout / Untimeout, Ban / Unban command handlers in place for use by frontend.
Note: Observed chat data feed silently ending during field test. No indication that it had stopped. Roughly 30 minutes of run time and a steady stream of messages.
May be a maximum execution time for javascript in the kindle. Or, the kindle slipped into idle mode and killed the browser process.
