Timestamps & Timezones

The latest model Kindle Browser does not pass-through the device's preferred timezone. The timezone is always UTC.

So, we'll need the user to tell us their preferred timezone and we'll simply save that to a cookie. 🍪🍪🍪

• [ ] Settings Menu allowing user to Enable/Disable timestamps AND set their preferred timezone.
• [ ] Save the settings to a cookie.
• [ ] If that cookie has not been set, hide the timestamps by default.
