We're not confirming that timeout/ban events are actually happening. We're just tossing the commands into chat and telling the user that it happened.
It would be much better to listen for these events in general, and inform the user that they've occurred. In cases where a dedicated moderator is doing the banning or muting, it would be nice to know these things are happening.
[ ] Listen for Ban and Timeout Events via the Twitch API.
[ ] Backend sends those events to the frontend.
[ ] Frontend presents those events to the user via addChatMessage(OBS, ...)
