Updated it to Django 2.2

Thank you for updating to Django 2 url formats. This package is meant to support both Django 1.11+ and 2. The old url formats are supported in both of 1.11 and 2 but the new format is only supported in Django 2. Thus, changing the url formats will make the package not support Django 1.11 anymore.
