Simulator leaves javaw processes running #1347

When I use the simulator to test my custom theme, the javaw process does not 
end when closing the simulator.
This only happens when running the simulator from the theme

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click the theme
2. Select a form
3. Click the Simulator button in the upper right area.
4. The simulator shows the form with the selected theme applied.
5. Close the simulator.
6. The javaw process is still running.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the javaw process to quit when I close the simulator window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IDE: NetBeans
Desktop OS Win 7
Simulator
