CN1 Designer Crash by Container Drag&Drop #1393

The issue is related to the Codename One designer, using the Netbeans plugin on 
Windows 8.1 .
The designer crashes and might cause loss of data when a container is dragged 
onto itself, after a few seconds.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a new form, and add a container to it.
2. Click the container on the object tree, drag and drop it on itself.
3. Cannot do anything other than killing the process.
