J2ME jad/manifest - add MIDlet-Icon attribute #525

Please clearly state whether the issue relates to a device/the simulator or
the tools.
If related to a device be sure to specify exactly which device with as much
details as possible.
Please add MIDlet-Icon attribute to jad/manifest, with the same value as 
MIDlet-1.icon attribute.
On Nokia N70 I found an issue that app icon is not shown on device, probably 
due to this matter. I haven't resolved this issue yet, but adding that 
attribute seems to be a right thing anyway

Thanks, its fixed in SVN and would be in the server by the end of the week.
