Wrong tree after generating JSON using AliTV.pl #121

After generating a new JSON file using the following commands cd AliTV-perl-interface perl -Ilib bin/alitv.pl data/chloroset/*.fasta > simple.json perl -Ilib bin/alitv.pl data/chloroset/input.yml > simple.json the tree is wrong
