Support for alignment offsets #134

In AliTVTeam/AliTV-perl-interface#143 @wangshun1121 requested support for alignments of sequence parts instead of alignments of the complete sequences. Therefore, it would be nice, to support offsets in the display of those alignments.

It would be great to be able to visualize part of the sequence, e.g., coordinates 500,000 to 600,000 of Chr1 of an organism. I saw that someone already requested this feature so I did not mention it.
