issue faced #2

Hello, I have been testing your package and it crashes when using devtools::check.Error seems to come from the LimROTS.qmd

Hello, Yes, I can see the issue in LimROTS.qmd I have been working on it for the last couple of days, and I believe it will be fixed and ready with more details tomorrow. I will inform you when it is ready to be checked again.

Hello,

I believe the package is now ready for devtools::check There may be two notes that come up: the first one regarding the paper.docx and paper.qmd files, which I will remove in the future since I am currently using them for manuscript writing. The second note is about the package size, which is 6 MB. I think this is only due to the CRAN policy regarding package size. For the BiocCheck, I am currently working on it; it will take some time to build the test units, but other than that, it should go quickly.

@ake123 can confirm if checks are ok. The pkg size 6Mb is indeed no prob for Bioc submission.
