renamed the file names some were named .fit.R so named them to _fit.R
corrected the 80 character per line notes which are somehow critical also the codes were arranged multiples of 4 spaces for line indents
rewrote the DESCRIPTION file in 80 character per line
Added rworkflows for automating reproducible practices
