The file paper.docx (and its derivatives) and tomakeapackae.r do not belong to the root folder.

Move them to inst/extras/

(or vignettes/ if applicable)

Also Rproj file could be added in .gitignore and removed from root folder. You could have it locally but not part of standard online repo.
