Give buttons more space in PageScheme and PageSelectWeapon #814

Hedgewars Version 0.9.20, default settings on Win 7 64 bit.

The buttons on PageScheme and PageSelectWeapon don't have enough space for the 
text, but there's tons of screen real estate to the left that we can use. It's 
already tight for English, but my translation of "Copy" will be "Dèan 
lethbhreac", which has no change of fitting, even if I shorten it to 
"Lethbhreac".

If you pop up the Scheme name in PageScheme, even English gets truncated.
