Display custom content (maps, themes, etc.) in a different way #843

Okay, this is a small feature request:

When there is something user-made, usually an asterisk denotes it and it will
be put in the front of the name.

For example, all non-official themes get this asterisk, so you see
“*Farm_v2” for the Farm_v2 theme in the interface (for example).

This is also true for maps, where it gets annoying. Normally you can quickly go
to a map by pressing its first letter. This doesn’t work for custom maps,
since there is a leading asterisk.

I suggest to either put the asterisk at the end of the name or write all custom
stuff (maps, themes, etc.) in a different color. Or both.

Should just make the search search the whole name, instead of from start.

And how should this work for the list of image maps?
There isn’t a search field for this at all, but you can use a shortcut by
pressing the first letter.

Okay, here is an extension to my suggestion:

Apply the “asterisk notation” (or the different color, or both) to the
following stuff as well:

 * Graves
 * Flags
 * Forts
 * Voicepacks
 * Hats

But please put the asterisk *after* the name for better sorting.

* shouldn't impact sorting at all
