Rework of RC Plane mission (code inside) #864

I have written some improvements to the RC Plane mission and I wish to have it 
included in Hedgewars.

New features are:
 - A complete overhaul of the stats screen: It shows the number of planes used, missiles dropped and even a “rank” based on the number of planes.
 - A few taunts for certain events:
  - No crates hit with current plane even after 3 missile throws
  - “Uh-oh” when fuel is low
  - Plane is destroyed in a very short time with no crates collected/destroyed

Warning: This update would violate string freeze of 0.9.20.

I have used the codebase of 0.9.20 and posted the new code here:
