TechRacer: Ammo selection is not shown while in waypoint #883

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start TechRacer game
2. Go to and stay in any waypoint
3. Select ANY weapon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the ammo selection message to be shown but it is not. Instead, the 
screen permanently shows “Waypoints left: <some number>” until the hog 
leaves the waypoint.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I used r9819e69bc6db on GNU/Linux.
