Larger girders generating wrongly

When making custom theme with girder of bigger height than normal (like 40 pix 
or more), it's end may not be completely covered by terrain. Looks like height 
of girder is ignored and bigger ones don't fit well. So height of girder should 
be taken into account during generation.
Also, girders should be allowed to generate partially (like with half of width) 
if there's no enough space for whole image.
