shoppa maps generator bug #923

seems like a hog is spawned at a place where he cant get out, in a star on top 
of map, well i belive that in shoppa thats not the way becaouse a hog cant get 
out cause the land cant be destroyed

its the latest version 9.21 on windows 7

Fair 'nuff. Can make sure there's more of a gap around the edge when spawning 
objects.

Note that you can ofc make unfair spawns by accident if you scrible on the 
drawn map, since that's layered on top of the script.
Is also a way to "fix" stuff like this since you can use the erase tool to 
erase that star ☺

well sometimes there is no time to observe the map before the match so i
think that its better to fix it xD

and the gap is only nedeed when stars are generated other objects are fine
so far
