ClimbHome mission without English mission title or description #940

In Hedgewars 0.9.21, the ClimbHome mission has neither a title nor a 
description in the English localization of the game.

I suggest the title to be “Challenge: Climb Home” and the description to be 
based on the in-game mission text.
