You can select AI-controlled team to play in campaign menu #956

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into the campaign menu
2. Select any campaign
3. Open the drop-down menu of teams

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to only see human-controlled teams, but I also see AI-controlled teams.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r8c665914da2a on GNU/Linux.
