Purpose of code changes on this branch:
- Fix one bug reported in issue 723, that is, the Lua spam after Hog Solo and
Crazy Runner drown together
- Change the team color of Crazy Runner to blue
As for the other bugs reported in issue 723, either those do not exist for me
or were already fixed or are feature requests.
