Notes are displayed on both screens #15

Reproduce the problem
1. Start open-pdf-presenter
2. Load PDF (optional the note XML-File)
3. Start the presentation
4. Change to the view with notes

The Output:
After start the presentation, you can see on Screen 1 the presented frame. On
screen 2 you can see the next frame.
If you would like to show notes, then you can see on both screens the notes
with no option to change the view.

I am using open-pdf-presenter 0.2 on Ubuntu Linux 12.10 with two monitors
(extended view).

See attached files.

Can you try building open-pdf-presenter from the development branch and report
if the problem still persists?

What are the resolutions and arrangement of the displays?
