First Order Model manual failing to find resources #310

When following the given instruction on the website above to clone the repo and download requirements it fails to do the following "https://srv-file22.gofile.io/download/SUyfwc/vox-cpk.pth.tar Connecting to srv-file22.gofile.io (srv-file22.gofile.io)|5.9.77.62|:443... failed: Connection timed out."

When switched to the google drive mirror it still fails to find a certain file. Can someone help me?
