about crop-video.py problem #339

  1. When I use this file to crop the face image, the sharpness of the image after cropping is not as high as before. python crop-video.py --inp some_youtube_video.mp4 Before cutting： image

@zcswdt Hello, may I ask if the above video can be converted normally when you use it? There are some problems with my conversion and I feel there is some inconsistency.
