I did not launch it on windows. But people says that in principle it could works. See #43

Yes it does. I#m running this on Windows10 on a HP 17" i5/16Gb , Gforce GTX1050/2GB Notebook Animation runs with 9it/sec using GPU I've coded a small GUI for it (VB6) and added some extra features: flip source image, resize output to video or image resolution, take a snapshot of best matching frame ... You can find it on youtube, search for "GUI for First Order Motion Animation"
