Hi, dear: First of all, thanks for this model and project. It's an awesome project!

I used a photo as source image and a video taken by myself as drive vedio, and i used demo.py to generate a resulting vedio. But the quality of the resulting video is very poor. I want to know the reason? I have croped the source image and the drive vedio, they are as follows (respectively are the input image and drive video after cropping, and the final result):

Try to crop your source image more tightly and try to get a square image after your crop.
