Build Cheetah in ARM #37

Hello,

Do you have any suggestions on how to implement it in ARM architecture? The Dependencies seem to highly rely on x86 architecture. Got a lot of errors during each dependency compiling, e.g., during the emp-tool build, the 'rdseed' instruction is from intel secure key technology (unavailable to arm).

Basically the SCI's codes are not compatible with ARM.
