Fix: Clarify Challenge Time Setting #230

This PR addresses an issue where the start day defaulted to 0:00 local time, causing confusion about the actual start time. By allowing users to set start and end dates separately and customize the start time, it provides users with a clear view of when the challenge will begin and end. Additionally, helpful text prompts will remind users if they set the challenge start time in the past. See the screenshot for reference!
